Viamed 20 (Sildenafil Citrate) 50tabs of 20mg DEUS-MEDICAL

Viagra is a drug used in men to treat erectile dysfunction. It is a disorder in which sexual arousal does not cause erosion of the genital organ or this induction is insufficient for sexual intercourse.

Viagra belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Viagra helps to relax the blood vessels in the penis during sexual arousal and thus allows sufficient blood supply to the genitals. The result is a better penile erection. If you don't have erectile dysfunction, Viagra isn't for you. It should be noted that Viargra is not effective without sexual stimulation. Foreplay will therefore have the same meaning as without taking erectile dysfunction drugs.

Therapeutic indications

Treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men.

Sexual stimulation is necessary for tadalafil to work.

Viagra is not indicated for women.

Dosage and method of administration

Dosage Adult Men:

It is generally recommended to take a dose of 10 mg before sexual activity, regardless of food intake. In patients for whom a 10 mg dose of tadalafil does not produce an adequate effect, a 20 mg dose can be used. It can be taken no later than 30 minutes before sexual activity.

The maximum frequency of administration is once daily.

Tadalafil 10mg and 20mg is intended for use before planned sexual activity and is not recommended for continuous daily use.

In patients who expect more frequent use of Viagra (i.e. at least twice a week), it may be appropriate to consider dosing with the lower dose of Viagra once daily, at the discretion of the physician. patient and at the discretion of the physician.

In these patients, the recommended dose is 5 mg once daily at approximately the same time. The dose may be reduced to 2.5 mg once daily depending on patient tolerance.

The suitability of continuous once-daily administration should be reassessed periodically.

Special populations Older men: No dose adjustment is necessary in elderly patients.

Men with renal impairment: No dosage adjustment is necessary in patients with mild to moderate renal impairment. In patients with severe renal impairment, the maximum recommended dose is 10 mg. Tadalafil once daily is not recommended in patients with severe renal impairment (see sections 4.4 and 5.2).

Hypersensitivity to tadalafil or to any of the excipients listed in section 6.1.

Clinical trials have shown that tadalafil potentiates the hypotensive effect of nitrates, probably through the combined action of nitrates and tadalafil on the NO/cGMP metabolic pathway. Therefore, the use of Viagra in patients taking organic nitrates in any form is contraindicated (see section 4.5).

Viagra should not be used in men with heart conditions for whom sexual activity is not appropriate. Physicians should carefully consider the risk of cardiac events associated with sexual activity in patients with pre-existing cardiovascular disease.
